Single-distilled to 86 proof through Alambique copper pot stills and traditional Falca stills, this Mosto Verde Pisco requires 8 kilos (18 lbs.) of a blend of Quebranta, Italia, Torontel, and Albillia grapes to produce one 750 ml bottle.
