Arbikie, one of the world’s most sustainable distillers, is known for chutzpa and being avant-garde (climate-positive peas Gin and Vodka, anyone?!).

Now, the Wizards of Lunan Bay have brought Rye Whisky back to Scotland, and their Arbikie Highland Rye Single Grain Scotch Whisky Release 2 is an exciting and rare offering. It spent four years in a combo of first-fill charred American oak and casks that once held Armagnac.
