Sample the essence of Pacific Northwest’s lush rainforest.
Have you ever heard of a nomadic distillery? Yeah, we thought so. But Mark Lynn, the CEO of AMASS, is one of those rare individuals who march to the beat of their own drum. And it looks like her distillery marches witch her. Their nomadic character offers them a bigger degree of freedom by allowing them to partner up with different craft distilleries from all over the world. But that is not the only thing that makes them special. By experimenting with unique and non-traditional botanicals, Lynn follows her dream of integrating botany into the Spirit world in a way that’s meaningful. You can see that in their choice of ingredients — thoughtfully chosen, vetted by the best, all natural, non-GMO and without added artificial preservatives.
Riverine is their non-alcoholic Spirit release featuring a synthesis of 14 botanicals that try to encapsulate the essence of Pacific Northwest’s luscious rainforest. Each of those territorial naturals is distilled in a proprietary hydro steam distillation process that separates the medicinal balms, bestowing it with a fresh evergreen flavor profile. It’s a worthy (non-alcoholic) alternative to Gin, adding a nice herbal earthiness to cocktails, and also pairing great with just a simple tonic on the rocks.
