Perrier-Jouët Belle Epoque Rosé is only produced in exceptional years and in very limited quantities, 2012 being known as one of the best vintages for the Champagne region. First created in 1978, it's an original and surprising expression and "a fascinating cuvée – subtle and delicate, yet also warm and embracing, as if it were wrapping you in silk," in the words of Cellar Master Séverine Frerson. It's crafted with 50% Pinot Noir, 45% Chardonnay, and 5% Pinot Meunier, each contributing fruity, fresh, and rich aromas in and tastes.
