Cuestion Tequila Reposado, Jalisco, Mexico
Fine Reposado Tequila made from 100% Weber Blue Agave with a Tennessee flare.
Jesus Dominguez Figueroa and Jose Marquez Ochoa founded Cuestion Spirits in 2007 in Los Altos Jalisco. At first they only sold their Tequilas within Mexico, but their traditional approach to Tequila making and unique branding style quickly grabbed the attention of Jason Fandrich who partnered with them to bring their Tequilas to the rest of the world in 2009. Their line is limited to premium Tequilas — a blanco, a reposado, and an añejo.
We reviewed our first bottle of Cuestion Tequila last year. And what was true then is true now — the Tequila is great, but you notice the bottle first because it’s in the shape of an upside-down question mark. But once you get to taste the Spirits within, you forget the fancy packaging. True to their heritage of quality, Cuestion Tequila Reposado is 100% Wever Blue Agave that has been expertly distilled and rested for nine months in Tennessee Whiskey barrels. And there is no question that it is delicious.
