In 2006 a severe storm with tornado strength winds damaged the treasured Warehouse C, exposing a group of aging Bourbon barrels to the elements. While waiting for the roof and walls to be repaired, the exposed barrels developed an unmatched richness of flavors never tasted before.

Dried fig and cloves, followed by baking spice and an oaky dryness caress the nose. Flavors of jam-like fruit, vanilla, and a touch of smoke fill the mouth before the finish quickly builds in dark spices with hints of tobacco leaving a lasting impression.
